Description:
The cyprichromis leptosoma is a dimorphic schooling Tanganyika cichlid. As a schooling fish, they have a tendency to bring out some of the move bashful Tanganyika cichlid. The males are brightly colored -- with a myriad of different color patterns. The females are a bland silver fish for the most part. This mouthbrooding cichlid holds fry for 3-4 weeks in her buccal cavity. Fry are free-swimming and able to eat BBS or crushed flakes.
