Planet catfish says they reach 15" but I'm not sure if they reach that length in captivity.

Oh and for those interested, they are not algae eaters. They are more of a meat eater. I suspect they killed a number of my cories. When they're not feasting on my little guys, they love eating fish filet. I feed mine tilapia and shrimp. Also massivore.

They get big-- not a good pleco for a nano tank. :)

210g. Usually nocturnal, but they never pass up a feeding during the day. They're very shy. Still getting used to me feeding them. Before I had to watch from very far away. Now I can sit on the sofa a few feet away.Originally posted by aquabee View Post
