The Wilds are bigger but the farm raised are 1.5: to 2"
The Chaitika Blue Rainbow, Chimba Red and the Golden Kasumbe are wilds. The rest are farm raised.
Okay, my husband and I went there for the first time today & we were very impressed! First of all, Dan is one of the nicest and most knowledgable guys you will meet. Seriously, this guy rocks! Get this, he used to fly Blackhawks - fought for us in Iraq (Thanks Dan!).
Okay, enough about Dan, now how about the store? AMAZING! This guy has the best discus you will find anywhere. He cares for his fish the same as you would care for them in your tank at home, seriously. It is very obvious he's not just trying to make some money, but truly loves the hobby and his fish. The variety is amazing, and every tank you look in is full of very healthy, vibrant, happy fish. I have been planning on a 75g of tropheus... this visit almost made me decide to go discus instead. That is the quality of discus he has there. Oh, you also have to check out his planted tanks - and grab some plants while you are there (very healthy & you can get some big ones at a good price). Okay, I have mostly talked about the discus there, but that's not all he has (I have just never seen them that nice anywhere else I've been). If you are looking for altums, this is the place to go - WOW! He even has real young ones in. There are lots of other great fish as well... You'll just have to go see for yourself. Believe me, you will not be disappointed!
My husband and I have made a couple of trips to Dan's ourselves. I have to agree he is a great guy and not a hard sell. He doesn't care if you buy or just look and by the end of your visit everybody is wiser than before!!! He cured my "snail" situation!!! Thanks Dan, that botia is a snail ninja!!! The discus are fabulous and HUGE!

I bought a tiger loach today to take care of my sail situation. He didn't really have enough in stock to sell any (keeps at least one in each tank to keep the snails eaten), but he still fished one out for me. Really great guy. I'm glad to have found out about his place. Yes, those altums are something else! I want someone to buy some so I can see some more pics. posted.
EK- What time were you there today?
this is definitely a cool place to hang out! I got discus from Dan and they LIVE and thriving! haha, Now seeing all those altum really bring back memory when I had them long time ago. I wanted to get some dwarf puffer but I guess I missed out on that.
