I placed a small order with Drs. Foster & Smith a mere two hours ago. When I looked at the comfirmation email I realized I had accidentally doubled the quantity on one of the items. I quickly called thier 1-800 number and spoke with customer service. The CS rep told me that in the hour and half since I had placed my order it had already been picked, packed and handed over to FedEx. Talk about impressive!!
Of course he could of been feeding me a line of bull, but I will give them benifit of the doubt.
