Has anyone dealt with Live Fish Direct?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask , but has anyone here had any experience with this outfit? http://www.livefishdirect.com/. I am curious about the whole WC, F1 vs their stock, raised in constant water change conditions with water from geothermal springs. They seem to have some good prices and a great guarantee.

On their FAQ page there is a question "Why tank raised fish are better" that explains their opinion. Do you think there is any truth to that or not?

When you buy F1 from anywhere, how do you're really getting F1 anyway?
