I don't have a fishing license either. I'll go and help out...

    Count me in!
    Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

Thats no problem it was just another way to get together and hang out. You dont have to actually collect anything to attend and you also dont have to show up at 9. Just was a good time in order to get a good spot and fish are more active in the morning. I will probably be getting there a little before 9 to claim a spot at the shelter near the spot that Nick mentioned.

okay, pending Jeebus doesn't have too rough of a night at the fire station, we're in! We'll bring some ice, soft drinks, and chips.

I'm a little slow and just realized that June 14th is a Sunday. :( Sundays are not good for me.

Poop. Well, maybe I'll just head out there the day before and grab all the good stuff.

Just a tip... you may want to get out there closer to 7 am. My family went there a couple of weekends ago (on a Sunday) for a picnic. My sister got there at 9 am and all of the shelters near the lake were taken. We ended up in the south part of the park no where near the water. We did get a shelter though... There are plenty of picnic tables near the water, but they're not covered. Also, the grass was pretty deep. Have fun!

The trip sounds great but Sunday morning is out for me. How late were you planning to be there?
