I would go for a behind the scenes tour, maybe I could drag my wife a long. Don't knock the Houston Zoo for diversity the National Zoo in DC only had a SA exhibit. What I can fault them for is the quality of the exhibit. That is where the DC Zoo shined the tanks were clean and well light while still keeping the biotope natural. The biotope exhibit across from the Aquarium at the zoo has better fish exhibits that the Aquarium. I offered the zoo some shellies a few years ago, when the head of the Aquarium was at a LFS, and got turned down. I would love to see a first class aquarium at the zoo but it is not the big draw. Come see the red panda, which looks more like a fox than a giant panda. The zoo did a better job with the aquarium when it was free, than now that it costs to go. I could go on but you get the idea. Maybe something good will come of this I hope so, and will take part if it does.

Numbers guys, I need numbers. My head hurts too much to count right now. Just did a double shift and it was CRAZY tonight. But my contact who donates to the zoo stopped by my work today and assured me that this will be happening. :)PLECOS SUCK!
