If I do not get a response by 2 weeks, consider this project on hold and instead I will get us a backstage tour of Sea Center Texas, which is a public aquarium and fish hatchery in Lake Jackson, which afterwards, if interested, we can go on a brackish fish collection trip in nearby Freeport. This will be MUCH easier to obtain. Thanks for everyone's interest and support.

OK guys! We have an official date! GHAC tour of the Houston Zoo Aquarium is Satuday 11/14/09. We can have up to 30 people, but children under 5 years old unfortunately not allowed on the tour. I will be sent materials soon so will post more info as it comes. At least now we have a date!

I am down but if we start to fill up and more than 30 want to go I will sit this one out. By the way to all if you want to attend this and you let Nick know you are going please make sure you attend. Since we only have 30 spots it is really unfair to the people who dont get to go because of space when you end up not showing up.

Do you need to bring any proof to show your child's age or will the zoo just take your word? My son is one small 6 year old.

Just a question - not sure if we will go yet or not since I cant bring my daughter.
