        park rules

just reading thru some stuff from the parks website.
as posted on the parks rules and regulations list ......

        section 8 WILDLIFE
        (a) no person shall willfully harm , harass , trap , confine , catch , feed , or possess any wildlife within a park.

        raises questions in my mind.

think this will be an issue ?

I'm definitely coming, I got the year long all water license on saturday.

let me know if there is anything I need to bring.

need to spend some time watching youtube videos of how to throw a cast net again...

I'll also probably buy a dip net.

You were in my 15 count. Just bring whatever you would like. So far I am bringing burgers and dogs. Nick said he will bring some brats. Front has told me he will bring some drinks of the non-alcoholic kind I believe.

Can we get a rundown of who is bringing what kind of net? I have a dip net, and I believe I have a seine, but I need to check. I was just wondering what others have and will be bringing. Sometimes a two-person seine can be the absolute best for getting fish, and sometimes just a dip net. So it will help if we have lots of options. Also, bring buckets and bags and battery-operated air pumps, just in case. And any books you have on identifying natives. Those come in handy. :)

I can bring a couple buckets... that is pretty much all I have.

Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

I can't remember if I have a cast net or a seine...and I forgot to check. So I'm wondering who's planning on bringing a seine, if anyone. I'd like to know by tomorrow, so if needed I can pick one up while at work.

Aw man! Can't go to this one either. Stupid wound! I have some buckets and battery pumps I can loan if someone wants to come get 'em. You can get a minnow seine at Academy for 20 or 25 bucks
