Well, it wasn't easy....but I finally got my girls up to eat breakfast and get ready....we'll be loading up in a bit and heading out. Gonna make a pit stop at the store, anything I can grab???? Soda, gatoraid, chips?????

Great meeting everyone out there today....it was a blast. Briana, my 6 yr old, was out before we got out of the park....

Had fun. Got a plant, turtle, some kind of little fish and a sunfish.

You left without the sunfish we were giving you! Glad I could catch that musk turtle for you. Had a blast, even though I was only on 70% power. Left with Golden Killifish, a few ghost shrimp and three musk turtles. My highlight was catching that turtle by hand after a near miss! Watching that snake attempting to eat a crawfish was interesting. Glad to see everyone there and glad to meet the new folks. Pics have been posted here:

I know, sorry. My dad and sisters wanted to go because it was burning hot out there and we had to get back to take care of the dogs.

was a ton of fun! we definitely need to do it again when it cools down.

Raider has been sleepin the whole time since we left! he's waay worn out.

got my giant piece of driftwood pressure washed and in the pond... got the heavy end in the water, and the long end sticking out.


the sunfish...or whatever it was didnt look very good after I put him in the quarantine barrel... was swimming sideways at the top... but now I dont see him so I think he swam down and is doing better... we'll see...
