Okay, here are some pictures of the Koi Angels.  They are about quarter size.  Please note these were taken with a camera flash and were not color adjusted but I've noticed that the camera seems to darken some of the colors.  However, as the Koi get older the orange will increase and darken.

Well all, I hate to do this to you, but after reviewing the forcast for Saturday I think I am going to cancel the swap. As you know, the fish room is a bit cramped at the moment with my sons storage items which leaves us holding the swap outdoors. The forcast temps for this weekend are for the low to mid 30's. Not only would that be extremely uncomfortable to us, but could be potentially lethal for any livestock. With those factors in mind I think it would be best for all if we skipped this month and did the next one in Feb. Spread the word, I would hate for anyone to drive all the way out here for nothing.

good reason though, its freezing outside! anyone want to meet and swap stuff then? fishysue where are you located? i could swing by and pick some of the angels up.

I've been too sick to go to work all week,  :wail:  so going to the swap Saturday might look a little fishy to some people. I'm sure everyone on this board would understand though.

Probably a good idea to cancel.  Will keep an eye open for the February swap.

I am located near on 43rd between Ella and Crosstimbers.  $4 a piece for the Koi.  I've put them in a separate tank.  Let me know if you want any.  You will need to bring an ice chest or styrofoam box to transport them as long as the temperatures are so low.

When you say Koi, you're referring to the Koi angels right?  I've been looking for a platinum or metallic white butterfly koi around 3-4" for my pond - but not the angelfish variety.

Sorry, but yes I am referring to Koi Angelfish.  I've seen Butterfly Koi at both Fish Rank and City Pets, though.

thanks scott for the cancel, if you aimed at Feb the 17th i will be off from work because i leave for mardi gras that afternoon, so that would be a great day for me, i know you will pic the best for everyone though and thats ok

Wanna thank Susan for allowing me to come by and check out her angelfish breeding facility!!  

I had one already but it hid all the time but now with it's new friends they are all following each other around the tank!

Thanks again Susan for offering these and they are beautiful looking!
