    I believe it to be stupidity. Nothing else checked out. 24 years in the hobby, and that's the first time I recall having a crash due to something I (probably) did wrong. Having said that, I had issues setting that tank up, too. I've been concerned that, despite the readings for parameters being within the required ranges, it was never really "right."
