It's just no alcohol during the meeting.  Once we adjourn any and all club business, everyone will be free to do what they want....to a point of course.  We just don't want everyone getting all blasted because we all have to make it home that night.  Mike hasn't set up any sleeping quarters at the shop yet.

I held off on my initial response....LOL.

Again, asking that the actual meeting be alcohol free.  Typically the meeting would only last around 15-30 minutes.  After the meeting please help yourself but please drink responsibly.  

GHAC is geared for fun and socializing.  We are only as formal as we have to be.  Everyone please come by and check us out.

I hope we get twice as many people to the next meeting.  Just might want to bring an extra chair if you have an extra.  Mike has quite a few, but an extra chair in the trunk never hurt anyone.
Are we bringing items to raffle?  Hmmmmm "thinking" ...I'm sure I can come up with something

oh should I bring any fod or snack items for after as well? I remmember Geoffs chips being really tasty and whoever brought that ranch dip was awesome.

I think we should put the food inside this time so the infamous Houston humidity doesn't play havoc on it this time.  Nothing like soggy chips!!!!

I kept my bag sealed till everyone got the munchies at midnight or was it later than that….

So, no alcohol or smoking till the meeting is over because of the minors? Or is it just alcohol?

You guys can’t be hating on the alcoholics, I drink but I don’t smoke.

I think we just don't want to start off the GHAC on an alcoholic note if we are going to be considered a remotely serious club.

No one is hating on the boozers in the group, heck I'm one of them.  I love an ice cold brew at the end of the day.  I just don't think that's what we want the GHAC to be known for....heck with fish, we can drink your club under the table...LOL!!!

lol, thats awesome. yeah it seems we should think about the future of the club too. I mean at some point in the future we may even have meetings inside, oh and on that note would yall like me to bring a FAN, cus it was kinda warm last time. And sorry to hear about you being single Hanson, But you can put up with craziness only so much.
