Also, I work till 7:15. I can probably be there by 8. How long will the party last

The last dozen or so people left Mike's around 2am.  So I think 8 will be ok.  You might miss part of the meeting and possibly the raffle, but most everyone will be around for a while.

I had expected Taipan to jump in and answer this one right away.

My poofer got pinched pretty good the first time and I just wanted to make sure those big protruding eyes of his didn't become a target. I wasn't going to risk my fish for my entertainment.

Yeah this one got pinched a few times but it was able to trick the crawfish away from the wall for a rear attack!

craziness, and i was trying to tone down the party side for the new people coming, we dont need to scare them off already. let them be seduced by the dark side.  anyway i am so super excited about this event i am jittery, either way i gotta give offline now to go meet the install guy at the apartment and work on setting up some new tanks.

All this excitement over a club that doesn't officially launch for another day just goes to show.....nerds will be nerds. Kinda reminds me of the lines to see Star Wars, or maybe for the Xbox, hehehe. (and no, I didn't wait in line to see Star Wars 7 times when I was a kid, I swear)
