For each person that wants to participate, they will need to bring a wrapped gift with a value of no more than $10.  Gift should be fish related.  Live fish or water creatures may not be ideal.  

Do not put your name or recipient name on the gift.  The game begins by drawing numbers.  Whoever has #1 picks a gift and opens it.  #2 can select a wrapped gift or take the gift #1 got and #1 gets to pick another wrapped gift.  This goes on and on, except there is a limit as to how many times each "gift" can be acquired from someone else...LOL

It is alot of fun.  Some people have a good imagination when buying these gifts and of course some don't, that is what makes it fun.

Well we arent members yet but will be shortly and you can count us in for the Holiday party!  Not sure what we will bring but definitely will bring something.  Are any kids coming or is this an adult function?  Also any special requests on something to bring?  I see most of the basic holiday food is covered.

Dec 14th...  and I have to get up early on the 15th...  Raul you are going to Burnet with the rest of us right ?????
I will make the party, but I am for sure NOT going to close the place down at 2am... hehe
I will see what I can do on bringing things.. most likely think some sort of beverage that is non-alcoholic....

I've always seen that at the very end the gift circle was completed by #1 getting to either keep their gift, or take another persons gift.  the rule of 'third owner keeps the gift' was still followed, but it made it a little more fair for #1 who didn't get the option to snatch a gift in the beginning.

yep that is the way we play also.   First person always gets to go last  and have the  option to steal  or keep their gift!
