Aquadine is the stuff sold in the dispensing machines like at Fish RanchII......There was a thread not too long ago with a link to their site which they were giving the stuff away.

Can't tell if you are serious or not.  I'm not familiar with aquadine.

We just got some of that in the mail...for free I think...looks like colored rice crispies or small cornflakes...haven't tried it yet...will report back...

Hello, Spot,  we need another microworm culture...I never got around to taking care of the last one...  

Now, please,  anyone that's coming don't wear your best black pants...we have dog hair everywhere...that's the price you pay when you have three dogs...so put on something comfy...if the weather is nice we'll be outside a lot, the smokers are banished from the house anyway...incl. the smoking hosts...

Please bring soda (or adult beverages) and/or munchies to share...we have so much fun here that we forget dinner...last meeting went on for 7 1/2 hours...please bring your brew in cans if at all possible, smashed glass on the pool decking is no fun...we have an outdoor gas grill, if anyone wants to bring hot dogs or something like that...or maybe the club should buy the sausages and cook and sell them?  any comments on that?

We are really looking forward to seeing everybody here on Sunday and hopefully a few new faces, too...children are always welcome...the ones that are not properly supervised will receive a new kitten to take home...

Heidi, your so funny girlfriend.....i am loving it.....i want to play with the kitties....but i have one that's in congneto now as it is....lol....so no new kitties for me...but i love to play with them all the same....i'll help sneak em in the pockets of the unsupervised kiddos for ya though...lol....

Chris - Yup, I can bring some scuds. I have no idea how many I have, but I'm sure I can spare a bag or two. I need to clean out their "tank" anyways, plants are taking over.  :)  So I'll know in the next couple days the roundabout population.

It's doing okay, I guess. It's REALLY slow growing for me. I've actually been thinking about putting it in a 2.5 or something and blasting it with light, to see what happens. I've still got the 5 or so original stalks that were shipped, they've grown a little, but not much! Actually, thinking about it, I might move them. They're in a tank with Red-eye tetras, who tend to nibble on plants that don't grow fast enough to get away from them.

Roy and I were talking this morning, we could get some hot dogs and buns and have "somebody" cook them and sell them for 50 cents with proceeds going to the club?

What do y'all think about that idea?  The meetings are so long and we have so much fun, but we gotta eat something?  Waiting to hear from Raul and the rest of the board...and all of the members...
