Be on the look out for a New Website!

GHAC will soon have its own website!!!  How's that for a new club?   :)   The site is currently under construction, but it will be one heck of site when complete.  We will not in any way try to substitute HoustonFishBox, the Box is everyone's common ground.  

The website will be "www.MyGHAC.org" and if you accidently type ".com" or ".net" don't worry, we got you covered, we got those too...LOL.

I'll let everyone know when it is up and running.

I am so impressed...GHAC has a site!
What could possibly be next...official GHAC logo 55, 75, 125, and 180 Gallon tanks! Only available from the GHAC!
Or maybe just T-Shirts...
Great job, Geeks! Ya shoulda made everyone take official photos though, yourselves included, just to class up the first run of the site. I have seen Tim, he isn't a drug-crazed sociopath (at the GHAC meetings, anyway). And MB absolutely comes in colors!
The Geeks should be photo included soon. They did the site creation, right?
I really like where the club is going!

The site is fabulous...it's incredible what you guys accomplished in such a short time!  I am impressed!  Now we look better than most "old" clubs...and this is just the beginning...

Im about to submit my membership app in but wanted to ask a few questions
1) membership fee on the app form if for one year correct?
2) do meeting locations ever change?

Thank you. It was all my amazing wife. I had no hand in it at all (even though I was very tempted to insert myself). She was enjoying herself working on the site and I have learned not to interfere  when she is working on something, having fun and doesn't ask for my input I know she is truly happy to have been allowed the opportunity to contribute to the club. That's just how she is. I'll have to find another way to contribute I guess :)

I am so proud of her and I am so happy that you all like the site.

1) Yep.

2) Yep. Its at Roy +Heidi's because of the weather. I believe it will return to Mikes when the weather warms up again.

I think there will be some alternate locations, but the meetings will primarily be at Mike's, at least till he kicks us out...LOL

The membership is for a year, yes.  

There will be other events that will take us to other locations, like on the 24th with the Tour of Fish Gallery.  

You don't have to be a member to attend a meeting, but would hope that you join our group.
