  • February Meeting at Fish Gallery

Fish Gallery will be hosting our February meeting, the meeting will cover some rarely seen Catfish of South America, covering a collection of different families. There might be some burgers and Hot Dogs, though still working on the logistics of that. I'll try and cover species and general information on the Doradidae, Auchenipteridae, Psuedopimelodidae, and Aspredinidae families.

    Date and Time: Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Address: 2909 Fountain View Drive, Houston, TX 77057

This month we will be collecting donations for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. One of our members recently lost a close friend to this and we want to remember them by making a difference and finding a cure. Let's make them proud and everyone bring what you can, we will collect and make the donation in their name. Thanks for everyone's commitment to making this a driving force of the club. Please share any personal stories you might have about this disease and what a cure would mean for those you know and love.

I'll try and cover species and general information on the Doradidae, Auchenipteridae, Psuedopimelodidae, and Aspredinidae families. (Talking Catfish, Driftwood catfish, Dwarf Pimelods, and Banjo catfish families). Definitely post up any other oddball SA cats you'd like to see discussed and I can add them in...

No sweat, I love the hobby and I'm all for sharing info on the crazy stuff I research and dig into. If anyone has some area or topic they would like to hear discussed just let me know
