If I'm not a member but come to the meeting can I still have food??  I'll even bring some to throw in the "food kitty" :) !!

On a serious note: Nick linked me to here 'cause I'm checking out the different clubs, trying to decide which one I want to join so I hope no one minds if I come  I'm trying to move into uncharted fish water with my hobby and I have decided that joining a club would be a good way for me to do this.  

I'll see you guys there and some body clue me in on  what kind of grub I should bring

You are more than welcome join us that evening.  Can't expect you to join without seeing what its all about.  Drinks or chips are welcome.  Kids too.

WOOT !!!  this is going to be fun :)  Well I hope to see everyone there and I hope to see new people too :)
The Food thing I think the last time they did it was the hosts will get some stuff and a small donation bucket is setup so to recoup the cost of the things the house hosts and others have to bring in.
I am going to bring about 20 beer brats again and I hope Davis can cook like he did the last time !!

Charles, i dont know why you take everything so seriously. It was a joke. I have nothing against HAS. I dont agree with some of the clubs codes but heck its a free world.

Ive been to Fish Ranch when you were there, we talked for a while and you didnt have a problem with me. Im not a nasty guy, we just had a disagreement months ago and now you think im out to get HAS or something. I dont do it on a regular basis.

Yes, you are nicer in person, Brownsnoutuk  Charles is a great friend of mine (even if he is a REPUBLICAN   ) , and I was honored that he and Marion offered me a position as board member.
Raul did assure me, before I decided to join GHAC, that trash talking the other groups would not be tolerated! Let's keep it that way. I want no animosity toward me because of the other groups I belong to. Like I said, this is not a competition 8)
Remember new people like Lucy are reading this. I want to make a good impression on her and other potential new members on behalf of HAS, GHAC, TAKO, and HLA, as well as the other groups. PEACE, LOVE, and UNDERSTANDING! and fish of course :!:

Um...guys, maybe its because I know Chris, but I only saw a joke with no punt intended.  I didn't read that much into what Charles posted either.  

Nick, you are correct, I do not condone trash talking other clubs or businesses.  If somone has a problem, they should try to resolve it privately.  

With that said, Charles, it would be nice to see you come by and join us for a spell.  

Can't wait till the meeting to see everyone again.
