Top page was the fish pic....closeup and the bottom page had the backdrop of the entire tank.  That's one of the suggestions someone submitted.

1st thing is to determine what catagories will be used and for what months.  

Tracie, you have alot of volunteers.  You(we) need to select  on your committee members to help with the decisions.

I don't even know if that format (top pic closeup, bottom pic - tank) is even doable.  There are formats available depending on the service we use to print up the calendars.
