yeah.  i think delock should have coooked for us.  i mean he coulda had a buffet laid out on the bar when we got there.  that woulda been nice.   :emtthumbs:

As for as complaints, I didn't hear of any. I was not quite sure how people would react to coming Downtown. Parking is not the best but a nice smile and please can get you along way. Chairs are a must. Also, food is not that big of a thing but having stuff other then chips and dips would be great lol. The only other thing is that we start on time or close to it. We can stay in the area until 11:30 ish but can move to courtyard or pool for those who prefer to stay later.

I had a nice time, thank to those who came and thanks to those who stayed and help clean.

Any other suggestions or comments?

I liked it... definitely farther for me... which is a bummer but it was still manageable... and all the previous meetings were quite a bit closer.

I didnt mind not having tons of chairs... the ground doesnt bother me...

more food would've been nice, but thats more of a getting people to bring stuff issue then a location issue.

it was a bit warm in the common area with everyone there.  I dont know if anything can be done about that tho.


overall I thought it was a pretty good place to have the meeting.

What about organizing food for meetings - especially when they are supposed to start around dinner time for many people and if this last meeting is representative of when they end - kind of late to get dinner after.

Have a list of things like drinks, plates & silverware, main dishes and side dishes needed and have people sign up to bring something.
