Directions and other important info...
Gate code is 0302 no # no * just 0302
When you come into the gate keep straight and you will see the garage on your left. Park between level 4 and 5. Just dont park in a reserve spot.
Entrance into the building is on level 5 (parking garage) come thru the door
***Level 5 is on the roof of the garage.
***If the door is locked, please call Delock or Raul.

Go thru 2 big green doors and you will be at the common area. **This is a not a short walk. You will be crossing between buildings

Traveling from 59 South – Sugarland
Traveling 59 North exit Polk Street - Downtown Destinations.
You will come to a red light once you exit; continue forward.
Proceed to the right hand lane; traveling down Chartres. You will veer off to the right onto Runnels Street.
Go down one block and you will go over a set of railroad tracks.
Alexan Lofts will be on the left hand side of the street.
Traveling from 59 North – Kingwood
Traveling 59 South exit Hamilton - Downtown Destinations.
Proceed to Franklin and turn left. You will come to a red light at Chartres.
Turn left on Chartres - make sure you get into the far right hand lane. You will veer off to the right onto Runnels Street.
Go down one block and you will go over a set of railroad tracks.
Alexan Lofts will be on the left hand side of the street
Traveling from I-10 West – Katy
Traveling I-10 East exit McKee & Hardy.
Make a right on McKee. You will go over a cobble stone bridge.
Travel down Runnels Street to the first stop sign. Continue forward through the stop sign.
Go down one block and you will go over a set of railroad tracks.
Alexan Lofts will be on the left hand side of the street.
Traveling from I-10 East – Baytown
Traveling I-10 West exit 59 South.
Traveling 59 South exit Hamilton - Downtown Destinations.
Proceed to Franklin and turn left.
You will come to a red light at Chartres. Turn left on Chartres - make sure you get into the far right hand lane.
You will veer off to the right onto Runnels Street. Go down one block and you will go over a set of railroad tracks.

Traveling 45 North exit Scott - Downtown Destinations.
Stay in the right hand lane and continue down Scott. Make a right on Chartres.

Traveling 45 South exit I-10 East.
Traveling I-10 East exit McKee & Hardy. Make a right on McKee.
