yeah i didnt think it was even posible fr them to get outa that spot. i left water line an inch below and the space was absolutly tiny. i feel soooo bad about it. sorry nick if it seemed like i snapped at you in my earlier post (i was under a lot of stress and wasnt thinkin straight) I did not mean to and i apologize. also im really upset about those fish. i was lookin forward to raising them and breeding them so others can enjoy them. I mean i got soo many plants for them to spawn on and hide it  . I really need to get anoth culture or microworms and or walter worms going again. Nick do you happen to have an y going. i cna trade you plants or maybe a pair of golden topwater minnows? or maybe i can trade someone a pair of the goldens for another pair of the fish i was trying to raise. i know they arent quite a colorful but man do they get big and are GREAT eaters. they are getting fed freezdried zooplankton(you know shrimp treats for turtles) and cichlid sticks.
Never fear I is here

I never thought you snapped at me. I just casually mentioned about the open top aquaria because I see how popular those aquaria are getting and I just keep thinking what is keeping the fish off the floor.
I have a long fuse, remember
I'm not mad at you David, not at all! :winkle:
