that's so funny as people still bring me birds of all kinds that are hurt or need a home.    Always had good luck finding just the right place for them.  some just come and stay - more fun now it's not a full time thing.      
I was impressed w/ how nice quality the fish were / many took home some awesome deals.

Traci... seriously, I am REALLY thinking that we are going to need to work on the Following things.
How to rack multiple tanks from floor to ceiling to give you the space you are looking for.
Anything you have not sat in/used in the last 15 days can go into the garage (and knowing you there isnt much left that can go there)
Book shelves and other nick nacks like those..  put them in Davis' office...

Lastly... think new home soon...

I actually told Davis on the way home "I'm going to build shelves to put the smaller tanks on".  So I'm thinking anything 55g or smaller can go in a rack...like Rob's.    

I aspire to be like Rob.   8)

Again, many thanks to all the individuals that helped make the auction a success.  As with anything, we learn as we go but thanks to everyone the auction pretty smooth.  

There are areas for improvement and we will work on them.  I was just amazed about everything...we had more items than I think we all expected.  If we can gauge from our first attempt at running an auction, the following ones will only get bigger and better.

Thank you everyone that attended the auction as buyers, sellers and those just checking us out.  

Oh, and before I forget...a thanks to all the new members that joined yesterday.  

We will post more info about the auction in a few days.  Most of us should still be sleeping, except me.  I'm working  :(

Special thanks to my wife and my two boys who helped with the Concession area.  My little ones did more than their share of work and never complained, I am very proud of them.  My wife always complains so that doesn't count...LMAO!

Seriously, thanks to her I didn't have to ask anyone to rotate through that station, so thank you Honey!

yeah and she didnt skimp on the chili and cheese on anything, mmmm the snacks were great. and i liked the Venom drinks too. I ended Up going to a APrty Sat. nite, and didnt crash at home till like 5 a.m. and had to be at work at 10 am. now im still up but going to crash soon. i got way way too much stuff, and all fishies are doing GREAT. I would like to thank all the volunteers profusely for all their hard work. i didnt even get to see most of it, but i saw the wonderfully organized results. Also i would like to thank all of our donators for the club, that really meant a lot to us, and of course im stoked to be trying my hand with my one Discus that i got, man he is pretty and doing just fine, and swimming around in the planted tank. not hiding at all.
