Senate Bill 1480 Aquatic Plants Regualtion by TPWD

Just FYI, the state senate has come up with a new bill regulating aquatic plants. The White List is gone, replaced with a Black List as before. Click the link below for more details.

Yeah I saw this, I read the bill and as of now there is just a we don't know yet. The Black list is still there but what is on the black list is anyones guess. Also there seems to be a lobbiest group that is a little put off by the hobbiest geting involved, as if our rights are less.

My take is to keep an eye out to see how this develops and if it takes a turn for the worse then act.
