NLS foods "group buy"

I been wanting to try some NLS pellet, but dont know what to pick and what size from the group buy list. At the moment my trophs are eating Ken's flake and veggie. I have adults and juvies trophs. Try to get some info so i can place an order. Thanks.

cichlid formula 1mm is the most popular with Troph keepers.

I feed my fry the GROW formula it is .5 mm in size, as they get larger I give them Cichlid 1mm pellet and I have some Thera A 3 mm that I give the large adults. My 2" juvies will also get the 3mm Thera A every now and then.

Turns out the GROW i have is .5mm and not .35mm

What kind of grow food are you using?
The only NLS Grow I have seen are in .5mm.

Does it say .35mm on the bottle of food you are using?

I ordered it from bigalsonline and read their online description which says .35mm, never looked that it actually says .5mm. You are correct ek it is .5mm.

Using New Life Spectrum for Trophs I use the 1mm Cichlid Formula, and the 3mm Large Fish Formula.

From off the Groupbuy list, just about any of that food on that list will work. Like EK said there are several that are popular.
