Lighting for Ikola Tank ?

Anyone have suggestion on the best lighting for ikola ?

I'm currently using 4 x 54W 12,000K T6.
Just curious to see if I can get better color with other lighting.

I've toyed around with several combinations on my Ikola tank, and what looked best to me was the 12K Actinic White or the Aqua Rays 9325K

If you can run multiple bulbs it would be best... I saw the 12k's over at Geoff's place and it looked really good! I think with the bulbs he was running and add a single 6500-6700k would really set them off.

man i got two 10,000k halides the other day and man they are too blue !

I run a T5 fixture with UV lighting's (blue tip) Actinic white 50% actinic 03 / 50% tri-band white spectrum lighting. Color 12000k and a std 10k light. This has really enhanced the yellows in my fish.

i agree with EK .you would want to add something with some yellow in the color that will be reflected off the yellow bands.
