My little Troph looks sick. Hes only swimming in the top corner of the tank and wont move. Very unlike him. He also has this white puss coming from mounth.

white puss or does it just look white like torn/ripped lips it might be from fightin with the other trophs a picture might be more helpful.

How small is this fish? Could be just like Jose said, and could be from fighting with other Tropheus.
Is there any agression you have seen in the tank?
The white puss, may be a fungus, and you will need to treat it.
Maracyn (gram positive infections), Maracyn 2 (gram negative infections), and Maroxy have worked best for me on this kind of thing. But it is really rare for Tropheus to have fungus.

If he is in the corner of the tank and has white lips he most likely got his buttox handed to him on a silver platter and decided not to pursue retaliation for the actions handed to him. He should come back out to eat when everyone else is doing so and then you should be able to see if he is going to get chased again.
If you keep up with your water changes then fungus is unlikely. -- and yes the scabs will grow back and heal up.. This is how Trophs fight. Mouth to Mouth interlocking tug of war.
