Going in the the right direction it sounds like.

Juvies are really more forgiving than adults in a 75g.....I learned the hard way.
I ate my fish that died.

          not using one.

i may get a proclear 125 with a mag 7, but thats only when the kazumba reach around 3-3.5".
i am getting 20 of them, but i may add 5 more at a later date, or next pay check:)

Rocks look better away from the glass, although the left side looks funny to me, restack it buddy. also try and move the intake hoses to the corners vertically for a cleaner look. My 5 cents.

I would put a background because the hoses and wires in the back makes it look sloppy. And if you decide to put 25, you mind as do all of them at once. I read on articles adding tank mates later on, only stresses them out and they most likely won't fit in.

i have been trying, but i cant get the look im going for, i will probably add more rock.
the golden kazumba's are on their way

                      soon very soon

i just put the blue background on.

the problem with the intake thats horizontal right now, is it doesnt have that u shape on the back.
so it goes down into the sand.
im getting a new normal intake and spraybar next friday, aka payday.
the koralia are nuts, they creat like a vortex in the center of the tank and create a nice undertoe.

for the other 75g, i want the same filtration wise, but i want to do one of those Maxijet 1200's with the sureflow mod
thanks for showing me those, those things are mean!
if i decide to not use substrate in that tank, i might use on mj12 sureflow one each side
do you think that would be to much flow?
i want to do like ek and go with crashing waves

also, i need some general advise on these fishes.

lee who im getting them from said they have been eating nls 1mm slightly crushed.

i know i need to wait 24hours before the first feeding.
but how much should i feed?
                        and how often?

sorry for all the ?'s, its been a while since i last kept trophs.

                        i plan on doing 80+% wc's once a week.
thats what i did with my old colonies of dubs and bembas, and they did well.

those old setups i had didnt have any substrate, so it was easy to vacum.
                        how do i vacum sand?
do i just skim over the top of the sand until i get whats there?

thats probably a dumb ?, but i had eartheaters, and they did that for me,lol
