  • Petrochromis red lugala point - Red Bulu's Discussion

    Hi all

There has been a thread going on over on Trophs.com about the so called fish coming in from TNT Cichlids..... one of the fish is a trio of petrochromis red lugala point and Kalumba.... Today on the posts is statements that say the fish have been sold already.... Their are many skeptics that this was a genuine sale...

Does anyone know who bought these fish.. and if indeed TNT is on the level and are these the real so called 'red' Lugala points??

I know the issues have been skirted around and as well as some of the various people stating that there is no way that even these fish can be collected with any kind of confidence.... Stating that the these fish are as rare as the white rhino.... One person states as a diver, that it should be a technicallity that prevents the collection... other people do not state or answer the question of if the fish has been overfished... and or if the people are not knowing where to get them and so forth...

Any thoughts or comments on this???

    Bill

yeah, from that site it looks next to impossible to bring any red petros in.... ever. unless you have an ungodly amount of money. sound like alex's petros might be priced right after all.

It became a knock down discussion between several individuals.. I guess collecting fish has become too political to discuss here in the United States....

Are there certain rules that we are supposed to know about that are not posted??? If there are no written rules, how are we supposed to know what the rules are??? From what the fuss has ended up being now... is no one should ask questions as it will inflame people... cheeesheeeeeee

At least... the confusion spreads... :icon_hang:

I did email TNT and he said.. while they have not come in... to his knowledge they are still scheduled to arrive.. He will post pictures when they do come in.. He does state that they are sold.... The only thing we can do is to wait and see what happens....... Time will tell...
