from what i understand after reading the thread on trophs.com, it seems that the red bulu point and the red lugala point are the same fish?
but when i look at the pics of each on cichlid-forum, it appears to be a different fish all together?
the red bulu has more of a vibrant solid red with a blueish face, whereas the red lugala seems to be more orangeish red in the face, and have an almost burnt orange/brownish body color?
am i missing something?FRENCH FRY!!!

Whoa... That would be cool...
Except for one thing.. Does anyone know ASL???
As Brian will tell you, I am pretty stone deaf....unless one on one... no dogs barking... no multiple stereo's blasting and things like that...
But Hey... A pepsi and softness around me and people looking at me to read lips... I would do fine...
Coolers for fish??? ya mean you got some of those Frontosa delicacies??
Brian.... That would be cool to pool with you.. Maybe we could even get Joe to come too.... heck.. get a bus going...

I figure if the buyer wants to make themselves known, that's their business. If I bought these fish, I would certainly share this info with my fish head buds here. I would be busy trying to present these fish with all that was needed to get them to spawn. Selling them to customers that would take good care of them, appreciate them and help increase the numbers here in Houston and the U.S. would be my goal.
Tyrone told me about these fish a while back, but I'm happy with my mobas so I didn't pursue going after these rare fish....now the petro red bulu points would be another story. FYI, wc petro red lugalas go for around $300 each......almost 2x what wc mobas cost. I can only imagine what petro red bulu points would cost.....maybe $400-$600 per fish.

Any thoughts or comments on this???
Ask all the questions you want........we live in the U.S. Just don't infer that a reputable business like TNT isn't on the up and up. That don't fly.180g Oceanic w/colony of 8 WC Moba Fronts (1m/7f) purchased from TNT Cichlids in Jan '05 & numerous fry. 1 F1 adult moba male. 2 2217 Eheims, 2 6080 Tunze Streams, WISA airpump, single stage Johnson ETC.....fishkeeping since 1988.

Hey.... your absolutely right about Tryone of TNT...... I did not infer that he was not on the up and up... but rather others on this forum as well as on Trophs have inferred that there is no way in heck that he can be doing this... In fact... I would assume that since this is now known... there may be some in Africa that will prevent this from happening...
At any rate... as I said... time will tell as to when Tryone gets his order in and if his order contains these fish.... I hope he does.... and I hope that the person who got them.... is blessed with many fry...

I don't know who bought these fish, but they are a different fish than the petro red bulu point like Alli has over at Ultimate Fish. The petro red bulu points are the white rhino right now.

The petro red lugalas come from Lake T and are harder to collect than wc mobas, mikulas, kaps, kits.....and you probably already know the latter are not easy to collect due to rebels........ These are deep water fish just like my mobas.
