I put back all the rocks on sat night
and everyone is eating
there is a total of 10 but i did loose 1 I think it had fighting or a bad netting injury before it got here

they get fed 1 time a day around 7 pm
sometimes on the weekends they will get fed a double dose
and this system seems to work really well for me
the way I do it is I first throw in 1 tsp of nls
and this will send all the trophs to the bottom to eat
then I throw in a tsp of Hikari Cichlid Excel for the petros and this floats so that everyone eats
then last I do a pinch of this for all the stragglers
