I promise it will not be hard.. people just dont know how to get stuff done quick and right.

I am going to see about bringing some furniture dollies. the tanks will go vertical onto the dollies and then rolled out of the room in about 10 sec flat. Then out side for someone to carry to the truck where it will be stored on its base and then someone will drive it SLOW over to his new house, carried in and filtration will go back on etc, water filled back in substrate, rock work etc installed and fish back in within a few hours of the start and see some breeding action by the night fall. (we hope)

    What fish do Jesper have

Allow me to explain. It's not the 180. It's the damn wall in front of the doorway. LOL! You will see. :)

            You'll see...it's a pain...

Now on a furniture dolley standing on the 2 x 2 side it may actually work a lot better.

BUT...moving those FAWKERS in lengthwise was the hardest part of the move.

I dont have substrate in any of my tanks but those little 20's so dont worry about no stinking substrate..its overrated... :)

And the 300 over the patio railing is no joke either. There is no room for mistakes. Must keep acrylic and glass scratch free.

Let me know when you have a definite date. I have long bed pickup and several rubber maid boxes.

Cover them with movers padding after it is emptied. And it's called pure muscle with some finess after that

I must say, I'm mildly concerned about this. This trip has been a year in the making. Congrats on the move though. :)

                        Nick,

The tour starts at 10am and you said takes an hour. This means finished by noon for sure then right?

So, if I have not moved tanks before then, then we meet my place at like 1pm and start moving them.

With the help of Jolley, we moved all but the 180's into my apartment in less than 2 days. I had two other friends who came over to help us with that part only, then they bailed. We could have gotten it done sooner were it not for the crappy water pressure at my new apartment, and only having one python at both places.

Now I got 2 pythons, and a huge 1-1/4" hose that can drain that 300 gallon in like 20-30 minutes. That used to take using the python about 2 hours
