They do have some bars, but not bright yellow bellies or dorsals like the Ujiji have.
All of them have black bellies and dorsals like the parents in the ones she has pictured.

Heather got those same Mtoto from Reverse. She also lost all of them (among other things) in a snow storm that hit the NW last year. It was like IKE for them up there. All the power was out for days and water just got to cold for the fishes. But that's besides the point.
Peter is recording video with a P&S camera while Heather used a DLSR camera with flash to take those pictures. Things look different if you add in those variables.
If they are indeed ujiji, then Peter should be able to tell just by looking at them when they get a little older.I ate my fish that died.
