The shortest time period I have striped at was 5 days. I normally don't let my polli female hold to long b/c I don't want her getting so weak from holding. I have striped at different days. Really just depends on when I break down a tank to chance fish out. B/c I have those massive rocks in my tank I tend to just let the fishes spit in the tank until I have a lot of fry. Don't get my wrong I like the namansi too. Wish you were over at my house when Chris was. The picture of the female namansi you see posted actually spit frys out and then took them back in. She did this a number of times right in front of us but Chris couldn't get a shot of it. Would have been cool. They also interact and school differently then other variants.
