F1 Chilambo

Some of you know that I have had my Chilambo together with Kiku and I noticed crossbreeding.

Those babies are separated and a good friend of mine will in a few weeks be the new keeper of them. This was assured to rather than killing them off, they went somewhere, where they will never be sold off and safe. (Nick a few weeks from now you will be coming over to help me break down tanks, resetting them, bagging fish etc.. you know the thrill of the drill (opps wrong person to say this too ))

Last night I saw at least 4 new babies in the tank, could be more dont know yet. All new born and since its been 7+ weeks since the Kiku was removed and all that is in the tank are Chilambo.. I can safely say, all my babies found in the 180 are true F1's.

I am looking forward to seeing more because I have noticed several mom's holding right now and its going to be interesting to see the near future..

Yes pictures to come etc... dont ask.. busy as heck at work etc..

PPS for those who are wondering, yes I am working on getting the 215 up and running so the whole tank move, breakdown, bagging, resetting etc can come sooner than later.. Money is what is holding me back right now.

Not even close. I am working long hours and I am dead tired.. I need to clean the tank etc.. Right now until my money situation gets a little better, I am going to hold off on building out the tank. I will contact you when it comes time..

I went into work this morning.
Morning message, congrats on the new contract we won from Pemex in Mexico. We will have about 4-6 weeks to have hardware in there and starting to monitor rig sites.
At 1pm today, ohh you are monitoring plots starting Monday. You need to install equipment this weekend. This means two servers, setup etc...
*WHAT?!?!?* yes I was on the phone for 3 straight hours, and many more hours of work and getting two servers ready by tomorrow morning.
They will be on an airplane to Mexico Sunday afternoon. Did I tell you my stress level went though the roof... If I get pictures before Monday / Tuesday then I will be amazed. I was supposed to do water changes this weekend.. I am thinking that just went out the door.. my co-worker in crime.. they are shipping him with the servers to Mexico.. I am going to be alone for like a week in Houston, and I have a feeling I this stuff will not stop for 2.
