Keep trying the flakes too. It took a couple of weeks, but they eventually all took to flakes.

Update:
Got home today and saw one dead. Little guy was just to weak and couldn't hold on much longer. It was one of the smaller ones, 3.5''-4''. Very hard to tell if it was a male or female. From looking at the vent and if I had to guess, I think it was a male.
1 down 11 to go.

She still looks skinny but she does eat flakes good.
