  • Petrochomis Longola

I wanted to share a few shots of my Longola before he goes to a new home. He's about 7" and is the biggest in my group. He controls 3/4 of the tank. He didn't color up since I just turned on the lights and started snapping pictures.

I had to work him in a deal so I had to let him go. Kinda of sad. I'm tempted to look for another monster to replace him.

Believe it or not, he was pretty calm. only chased those who came close to his territory.

That's a shame you have to part with him cuz he's really pretty. I've never seen that species of Petro before. I wish I had the space, time and money to start either a Tropheus or Petro tank but you know how that goes...."we have a baby and we have to be adults now...." BOOO. LOL.
