Here are some shots of my moops. I intend to get some of my musanga. Really digging the new camera. It makes photographing them alot easier.

This males has the smallest spot of all the fish in the colony. Yet he sees his fair share of action. He does share his rock pile with another male, though.





I tried to keep the f stop low so the decor and intakes wouldn't offend Thai's delicate sensibilities...as always.

Please keep in mind that I just took the butt ugly backing off and am coming up with a plan to get another....Also, this is the tank that's getting the w/d, so all of the unsightly intakes and returns and heaters will be a thing of the past. It's not a very natural layout, I know, but it works for the fish and that's what matters, right? LOL. No matter what excuses I come up with Thai is going to have a party ripping it.

Canon Rebel T1i. Got it at Cosco so it came with a telephoto lens in addtion to the regular one.
A really big problem I've come up against out in this part of the country is that there aren't any good large pieces of holey rock to get my hands on. And the stuff I've seen is 6 bux and up a pound. Pa-leeeze. So I am relegated to medium river stone which can't be stacked as high as I would like. I may luck out and swoop in on some club member's pieces, tho. So all is not hopeless.

You might just want to check with the local rock yards. People that do yard work would know the best places.
