  • F1 Chimba Fry - Tank setup & progression

i've had these for 2 days now. picked them up on satuday and they have been eating since yesterday. i feed them NLS grow 3x a day and they eat it all. i just wanted to share some pics of my f1s and wanted to see comments about my tank setup. the rocks are temporary because i had them laying around and threw them in until i had some time to buy bigger ones to actually scape. sorry for low quality pics because the frys are so small and my digital camera's macro sucks.

Those sp. red start to breed early man. Expect to have fry by 8 months time.

To each this own. I personally don't have problems with FH. I actually like them. Just not more than tropheus and petros.

Way better than the first attempt. Try pushing the rocks on the left and right side a little closer together. Use the smaller ones for the foreground and to connect the two piles so to speak.
