not that my opinion matters lol but i say keep it species specific, not only would it maximize breeding with whatever species you keep (IMO) but it will look much nicer i think.I make people happyComment

If you want to increase breeding, IMO stick with one species in a tank. When I had my RR housed with 5 Petro Bulu, my RR did not breed. Once I took them out, breeding started. I would combine 2 and 3. Let the P. Ikola grow out and keep the Zongwe as dither fish to minimize the petros aggression towards each other. This may be a dumb question, but how big/old do the Ikola have to be before they reach sexual maturity?120g - Tropheus Moorii Kambwimba
