Man, that sucks! Sorry.

I did something similar a few months back. I was doing W/C on tank w/ no substrate. Put the python in and closed glass top on the tubing. Do it all the time right? Well, start doing other things while it is draining...came to check on it and somehow the python tube slipped all the way down to bottom of aquarium!!!!! All my fish were in about 1/4 in of water gasping. Sad sight. Started to immediately add water from other tank with bucket in desperation. long story short, lost about 10 Muzi's! Interestingly, all the Petro Famula's survived.

All we can do is learn from our mistakes, but it is an awful feeling!!!

Yeah it was not a happy camper feeling that day. That is for sure. I might start looking for another group of female Kiku when they come around again. Dont have the money for it right now so even if they showed up today I would have to turn it down.
