Ok everyone. I am considering a Troph tank. After researching all I can, I would like your input on what makes trophs so appealing? What is it about them that everyone loves so much? I think the Moori Moliro Red and Chimba are breathtakingingly beautiful, but have no idea what I will go with - so wanted feedback to help. Thanks so much! Lydia

For me, it's their attitude. there is always action in the tank.
If you're new to this, I would pick up some F1's and start with them. Chimba's and Moliro's are common, so almost someone on the board will have fry. Remember, change your water often and you should be good to go. Have fun and good luck with the expensive addiction. :)300g - Petrochromis Texas "Red Fin" Longola, Petrochromis Red Bulu, Tropheus Red Rainbow Kansanga.

I think only YOU can decide which one you like. There are a lot of photos to cruise. Have a long look-see, narrow it down and then see if anyone out there has your choice in f1. You may be able to find a copy of Schupke's book or have a look at someone else's.
Good luck.
