  • Thanks John and John!

Thanks to Freespool for showing me around and introducing me to peeps at the GHAC auction and beyond. Thanks for driving, too.

Thanks to Crowder for the hook up: brichardi "namansi" and Simochromis babaulti.
They are doing well in their new home. Those Simos are a trip already! They're fearless little hogs.

Both of you gents have great tanks!

    J.

    PS.
Gene those Kasangas are terrors. I had a "contaminant" female Kasanga who was a real piece of work...she man-handled the whole group of 20 Lupota into a tiny corner of their 75 gallon.

You know I had never seen aggression out of my group of RR until they were at John's. I bought 8 WC females from Alison to add to the group and have been keeping them in a holding tank. After feeding them tonight I look over 20 minutes later and they knocked off the weakling in the bunch. First tropheus I ever lost in my care. Guess there is a first time for everything.

Yeah man. A person haven't really kept these fish until they lose some. If not, they haven't kept them long ehough.

Jen, both the johns are indeed gentlemens!
I ate my fish that died.

              +2.

That sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach as you note that 65 fish are dead is irreplacable.
