  • gill issue?

I've lost 6 fish in the last 3-4 weeks to unknown cause, one each, Julie, trew, famula, troph ikola and a pair of gobies. Doing a water change an hour ago, I noticed a trew laying on the bottom who appeared to be gasping. Everybody else swimming around and eating just fine. Just finihed a week of metro per recommendations several on Trophs.com swore by for bloat. I didn't really think that was what was going on but did it anyway.

My fish seem to be doing a lot more scraping their cheeks on the gravel than normal. I've always oserved a little of this in my trophs and petros, just seems to be a more popular activity across the board lately. Think this might indicate some kind of cootie they're being attacked by? Any recommendations?

18x250mg 2xday for a week. The trew in my first mail croaked. Actually, everything else has returned about to normal today, especially after the wc. The fish were way off before, skittish and hiding out when I approached. Now back charging up begging for food. Maybe the trew was to far gone. Maybe I feed too much - all they'll take 2x AM&PM. Dianchi veggie delux and spirilina flake.

I'll have to look the plecos up. Got them at extreme fish down there a little over a month ago but can't find what i wrote the L# on.
