cichlidfan and i were oogling over the chimba's this evening when lo and behold cichlidfan spots a new baby ...then another, and another, and another.......yeppers....one of my momma's spit approx 10-15 new kids into the rock today.....they are the most precious things i have ever seen......steve and i just couldn't walk away from the tank for a long long time.....those babies are soooooo hyper.....and soooo cute.....

and by the way....cichlidfan's dubs, and Ulwiles are gorgeous.....and his fronts are simply breathtaking.....so don't let them get to ya sweety.....it's not your fault you had bad water and air quality over there...... :wink:

I was very surprised to see such small chimba fry, in the past, my W/C's, when they spat, their fry where pretty big....like 1/2 of an inch or so....the ones Loretta and I seen where not much bigger than a 3/8ths of an inch....very small fry, but darting around like they knew what they were going, and had to get there quickly.....they are cute.

there is no aggression what so ever.i dont care if i get rid of them though.id just listen if someone did want them.i have them in with a big fm moshi.signs of breeding all the time.if i took the moshi they would probably def. breed. :)
