Geoff, Delock and EK.. and the geeks.. (if they allow it) we should see about meeting sometime early at their house... then run out to college station, see more fish.. pick up fish.. then come back to SGL.. where Geoff can be a good BF to his girl and then he can head home to put the new fish in water :) :) :)

    Man those guys are looking good.  Seems like you are showing love to them more than me because those pictures look great! :wink:   What is the update on them? Are they breeding well for you? I remember having some females holding when you picked them up.  The most batches I got from them were like 5 batches over two months.  

   If they are breeding for you....I think you should stripe the females and not let them spit in the tank.  There is that one super aggressive male that seems to like the way fry taste. Needless to say, I might have lost around 30-40 fry because I chose not to stripe. :(

p.s. I'm glad you like them.....they were my first colony.....so I will always have a sweet spot for them.

What are you talking about?!  They were beautiful when we got them from you!!  We've just maintained it.    

We've only got 3 fry so far, but we had another Moliro in there who was taking over and he recently went to live with fishlady.  I think I'll try letting them spit with lots of nooks for the fry to hide first.  I am okay with stripping our Fronts, but would rather avoid it with the Trophs for now.  

I'll keep you up to date on how they are doing...just know they are very well taken care of.

Regarding their aggression, those guys are nuts for some reason.  They fought all the time! I mean lip locking and the whole 9 yards.  I remember seeing the frys lip locking!  Good luck with the breeding.....when you get 20 plus let me be the first to know. :wink:
