Thats not a bad Idea. Set an old 15g or 20L tank out in the sun with a rack,
you could stack 12x12 ceramic tiles like a bee hive and rotate them in & out of your fish tank
You would have to build the rack on a slight angle to get the 12" tiles in a 11.5" deep tank, but it can be done.  
A little fertilizer & a lot of sun and Sha-zam.

Ive done and still do it, works well.

I cant believe anyone would pay $1000 for a Bulu point, they sure don't cost anywhere that coming from the lake FYI.

Fish stores have dried seaweed, so do alot of asian Markets called "Nori"
