Winter Tank Tour - Ideas

Ok some people have pointed out we should get another tank tour together.

We had one in the summer, and some Lessons I learned was :

1.  Getting to all the spots in one day is going to be impossible
2.  Getting everyone to the first stop on time is going to be an issue
3.  Getting a weekend pinned down is going to be some minor problem.
4.  Having a place to eat Mexican food and margaritas is no issue.
5.  Not having enough time at each stop is a scheduling issue needs some addressing.

Does anyone else have a lesson learned from the first trip to share?

-If we take the tollway try and have everyone one with ez-tag so ek doesn't have to take off between tolls to end at the same pace.

-Cut the tour into two so more time can be spent at each house.




I'm moving into my new place in 2wks so I will be closer to the geeks if we go that route again. I can offer my place for the troph&petro club meeting if we have one.

Oh, and I'm guessing this next one should have a few more stops added cause I have noticed quite a few new tropheus keepers pop up.

2 Day trip I think is the only way to get them all.

Some peoples' places take a lot longer.

No one should volunteer their place if they are not ok with everyone coming over.

The trip is always a fun time, I enjoyed it a lot last time, but we ran out of gas on the last stops.
