There are 2 known colonies of red bulu's in the US but none have had any breeding success. There are numerous people that may have one or two fish, but no colonies.

So far only Europeans have had any luck.

reds are very sensitive. Petrochromis against larger, they can not enforce and will not reproduce. I had my reds with moshis together. You have no offspring made. Only when I had taken out moshis, it works with the reds. But 8 of fish in 1100 liters are too few.

How we get the reds in the USA?

Yes, I think drugs in the U.S. is easier to smuggle fish like to send.

I put the fish with a compass in the Baltic Sea and swim alone after usa.

Who has a GI in Germany? If the flies to the U.S., I give him the box. Military transport is no problem?

Yes, the fish are from a friend of mine from the vicinity of Berlin. The fish are about 1.5 years old. There are 30 pcs. He wants to sell 5 men.

Where are you located / live in Germany ?
I believe like bethesdaboy is saying, it would the easiest to ship the fish via a large city in Germany to Houston.
Suggestions would be KLM via Amsterdam, Lufthansa via Frankfurt or British Airways via London. All three airlines have direct flights to Houston from Europe.

I dont think anyone here knows a GI in Germany, and I am not sure that its even worth the trouble to go that route as we still will need to deal with Customs and Park and wildlife services here in the USA which is easier via cargo I am sure of.

Mike -- he is saying his friend has 30 1.5 yr old bulu points and wants to sell 5 male. He himself has off-spring and is willing to sell these if this is how I am reading this correctly.

Cookie.. I am pretty sure if you are willing to ship or we can find someone who is willing to help you, I know we have a group of people who would be interested in getting red bulu's even if they are off-spring of wild caught fish.
